Rotten Tomatoes: 85%

The movie of the summer, Trainwreck will make you laugh so hard you’ll cry. Multiple times. It’s smart and feel-good, but it doesn’t feel like a rom-com, although it absolutely is. Thank god for Amy Schumer.

"Me and Earl and the Dying Girl"

me and earl.jpg

Rotten Tomatoes: 82%

Me and Earl and the Dying Girl is the movie adaptation of the popular young adult novel of the same name. But, don’t let the “young adult” label fool you, it’s a gem. It tells the story of Greg, a senior in high school, whose mom forces him to befriend his classmate, Rachel, after she is diagnosed with cancer. If you’re a sucker for witty lines, or stories about growing up, don’t miss this one. Also, Nick Offerman makes an appearance and arguably steals the show.
