Finals are next week and you're either already stressed or in denial. Self care is so important during finals, so here's a playlist so you don't forget to love yourself.

I know that you probably don't get eight hours of sleep a night, but make sure to rest up, especially the night before an exam.

Take advantage of those last few dining hall swipes and energize yourself with a healthy salad or bowl of fruit.

While you probably won't be spending hours at the gym on a reading day, try walking to the library to get your morning started!

Trust me when I say that this is easier said than done, but give yourself some time to relax during finals. Watch an episode of New Girl, take a Buzzfeed quiz or acquire an eccentric lifestyle.
6. "IV. Sweatpants" – Childish Gambino
Get comfy in your favorite clothes and tackle that pile of reading!
7. "Shrug" – Christina Grimmie
At the end of the day, there's only so much studying you can do. Just shrug it off and say "I'm doing the best I can."
