Videos and reviews have recently surfaced about Bulletstorm , the video game at the center of EA’s Snoop Dogg contest.
A shooter game set in the distant future, Bulletstorm, which hit store shelves in February, has generated much criticism for its language and graphic content. The Entertainment Software Rating Board rated the game M for Mature, claiming it portrays excessive violence and inappropriate content.
Reviews for the game have run the gamut from excellent to downright avoidable. A GamesRadar.com review gave the game a 10 out of 10 rating; while it claims it isn’t necessarily better than Gears of War 2 , the reviewer puts it ahead of both Call of Duty: Black Ops and Killzone 3 , claiming it features “genuinely evolved FPS gameplay, immense freedom and creativity of play, and secondary modes that add depth and give it real legs.”
On the other side of the spectrum, Fox News explored whether or not Bulletstorm is the worst video game in the world .
