It was a dark and stormy night… okay, it was just a regular spring night, but with Google maps in my hand and adventure in my heart I decided to make the trek to visit Gimghoul castle one night.
It was 11 p.m, and my starting point was the Center for Dramatic Arts, more specifically, the creepy graveyard by the CDA.
After about 10 minutes of walking, I reached my destination, and it was pretty spooky.
Lights were on, so whatever secret society does inhabit there was definitely in session … either that or it’s just haunted.
I wanted to circumnavigate the castle, but when I saw a security camera and motion activated lights, I got pretty freaked out and with that — I was gone.
All in all, it was a fun little adventure, 10/10 would recommend. Make sure you bring a friend though. Or four.
