This time of year, it’s really easy to see an idea about fitness, or productivity, or just general life-improvement and think “WOW! Life changing! I’m totally going to do that!” and then never ever think about that idea again.
Christmas is almost here! And after that comes New Year’s! It’s the best time of the year! I’m a little excited!
Christmas will forever hold a special place in my heart, along with the family traditions that come along with.
We all know the holidays are steadily approaching, and it’s that time to start searching for gifts for your friends, family, that person you talked to once that said they got you something, and most importantly for you. So in light of holiday mayhem, here are 5 of the best places to do your online shopping:
1. Exam Countdown Price: Free I’ll always remember my mom telling me about how she once stayed up cramming all night for an exam that she later missed because she got the time mixed up. While it’s a funny story for later, you do NOT want to be a no-show for any of your exams this semester (or ever, really). Exam week can get overwhelming if you’re not careful, but luckily for us Exam Countdown helps keep things in perspective by presenting your classes and exams in an aesthetically pleasing and simple countdown.
As exam season is quickly approaching, as are the swarms of bodies that will flood the libraries with their loud conversations and, even worse, their loud and distracting snacks.
If you're tired of the same-old-same old study places, check out some of these spots you might not know about:

Exam week can be extreme. Do you know what else can be extreme? Bop It!
It’s war time. My favorite time of the year. Our enemy is in sight, and by enemy I mean this huge, massive, drooling thing that is mockingly looming over our premature Santa hats.
Final exams. Nobody wants to take them and everybody loves to hate them. But Robert Pleasants, assistant director of the UNC Learning Center, is ready to assure any stressed out student that exams are better than they seem, and there are plenty of resources available to help guide even the most neurotic student to victory.
We all know the struggles of facing the extended family over the holidays.
Thanksgiving is a great time for everyone to gather around their loved ones over the one thing that everybody has in common: a love for delicious food.
This week has taught me just how much I lucked out my first semester.
DISCLAIMER: If you’re one of those people who thinks being #merry before being #thankful is NOT okay, then this post is probably going to enrage you.
Yesterday I ran my first half marathon. And I am still alive.
‘Tis the season to be merry and ‘tis the season to gain a couple of pounds. Whip out your aprons and rolling pins folks, it's baking season!
