Andrew Williamson has dropped out of the Student Body President race, citing the realization that he is more obscure than a former candidate's Tinder match.
Williamson has been polling low recently. His campaign's clipboard carriers said the most common feedback they received about the candidate was "Who?"
The first-year candidate brought distinctive quirks to the table, such as the fact that he basically just got to the University and that we can't find him on Facebook.
Junior Kyle Jackson said wants to vote for that guy who was so nice and answered all of those questions on the UNC Facebook pages, but he'll probably just end up forgetting to vote.
"I'm pretty bummed, but I'll be OK," Williamson said. "I guess I have literally all of my college experience ahead of me. Plus, this gives me more time to get ready for Dance Marathon!"
