Last weekend, leaders from Chapel Hill and Carrboro traveled to Bloomington, Ind. for the 2012 Inter-City Visit and Leadership Conference. Through panel discussions and city tours, officials aimed to learn about economic development, student housing and university-community partnerships. Many of them shared their insights and experiences on their very active Twitter accounts.
