Robert Steele, an artist who lives and works outside of San Francisco, CA, paints the Wilson Library from Polk Place on Wednesday afternoon. Steele was visiting his daughter Catherine, who graduated from UNC this past summer. Steele, who studied architecture at N.C. State and UC Berkley, sells his paintings through an agent in New York City and locally on the West coast. Of painting for a living, Steele says, "It's the best thing you can do."
