University faculty cross Cameron Avenue Monday morning as part of the procession to Memorial Hall for the University Day ceremony. The ceremony included the presentation of Distinguished Alumna and Alumnus Awards as well as a speech by Gov. Bev Perdue.
This was going to run as front pack Tuesday but management wanted another photo that showed the more prominent people in the procession. This is good example of using a low aperture to reduce your depth of field and patterns to create a more visually interesting picture.
