Dr. Charles van der Horst is arrested during an act of civil disobedience condemning the Republican legislature's agenda Monday, May 5, 2013, at the North Carolina State Legislative Building.Twenty-seven members of the state chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and other activists were arrested by Raleigh and General Assembly police. Seventeen were arrested last week in a similar demonstration.
