On Friday, Oct. 11, UNC student Spence Whitman headlined his debut comedy performance, “Problem Solved,” at the Varsity Theatre on Franklin Street. This sold-out show attracted a mix of fans familiar with Whitman’s comedic sketches in the UNC comedy group False Profits and newcomers who heard about his performance through friends or social media.
