The Campus Health fee would be increased from $400 to $410 per year and would be billed as $5 extra each semester. The revenue from the fee would be used to maintain the employment of four new Black therapists.
Carolina For The Kids will hold a virtual 5K, called Kilometers For The Kids, from Oct. 9 through 11 to raise money for patients and families at UNC Children's Hospital.
On Sept. 17, members of the UNC Advisory Committee met to discuss plans for Spring 2021. Several suggestions were given by public health officials and student representatives as they looked forward while reflecting back on the progress made this past semester.
