Located on San Cristobal Island, Ecuador, the Galapagos Science Center was created to promote education and science that will help protect island ecosystems and improve the lives of their residents. This year, the center is celebrating its 10-year anniversary.
Kickstarted in March of 2020, the Carolina COVID-19 Student Services Corps helps students in health professions gain clinical experience by volunteering within the community. They initially had 55 students enrolled in the first core, and eventually began seeing around 2,000 patients across the community.

Some college students face barriers to accessible and inexpensive food options on campus. Whether about being able to afford a meal plan, or having access to a grocery store off campus, many students experience some level of food insecurity. Carolina Cupboard founders Jashawnna and Roderick Gladney seek to solve that issue.
