Chapel Hill has long been a mecca for music acts from across North Carolina, serving as a launching point for Ben Folds and James Taylor, among others. And town establishments have found that it pays to go local. The Library, on West Franklin Street, is one bar at the forefront of the trend, featuring favorites such as Dirty 5 Thirty and Inflowential.
