Front Porch, Franklin Street's newest restaurant, grew out of a simple family conversation at the beach. Owners Brian and Courtney Fox and Billy Scott weresharing their favorite hang-out spots and found that the casual atmosphere of their own front porch was all they need. "Why not build a bar called the Front Porch?" Brian concluded. Six months later, they have a thriving Franklin Street bar with a simplistic approach to food and drink. Both the food and the prices at Front Porch have a hometown feel. Stop by and say hello to these Chapel Hill natives!
