“It feels kind of like a second home,” Ebere Udeogu, the UNC African Students Association’s social media coordinator, said. “Like a home away from home.”

The Stone Center selected Patricia Timmons-Goodson, UNC alumna and the first Black woman to sit on the North Carolina Supreme Court, as the keynote speaker for Tuesday's lecture, which covered social justice topics of voting rights, education, force used by law enforcement and more.
