Ticket Distribution Rigged; CAA Not Representing Students

Let me first say that I have not been a source of information for The Daily Tar Heel in any past article dealing with the Duke ticket distribution. I am currently leading a Board of Elections investigation into election law violations stemming from the race for CAA president. Most of the findings I present in this letter are independent of that investigation.
