Jim Huegerich worked with the Chapel Hill Police Department Crisis Unit for 37 years. After he left CHPD, he played a key part in establishing the Ombuds Office for the Town, acting as its director until he died.
The new restaurant will be located next to the Belltree Cocktail Club in the Carolina Car Wash building at 100B Brewer Lane, and the expansion will include a larger retail section, a dine-in menu and workshops giving people more insight into how cheese is made.
