Members of the UNC ROTC ran more than 2,000 stairs in Kenan Memorial Stadium on the morning of Sept. 11, 2014. They did this in recognition of the stairs in each tower of the World Trade Center and in honor of those who lost their lives there on Sept. 11, 2001.
The Chapel Hill Police Department released new details on the investigation of Faith Hedgepeth's 2012 homicide on Sept. 4, 2014. The ModernExtension Dance Company and Wilson Library's Rare Books Collection have joined efforts to present "Haunted," a performance combining choreography, film, improvisation and live music based on modernist poetry. The show is at 7 p.m. Saturday in Gerrard Hall and is free and open to the public.

After nearly two years of planning, the Carolina Boxing club is ready for their first home fight this Saturday. It’s the first ever match of its kind at UNC-Chapel Hill. Boxers will face off in the Great Hall on Saturday at 5:00 p.m.
