The road that travels right through the heart of Chapel Hill has been the home of many recent development projects — but changes on the Chapel Hill Town Council may bring changes to the developments as well.
The Chapel Hill-Carrboro Chamber of Commerce will induct seven business leaders into its Hall of Fame on Nov. 5. The Daily Tar Heel will feature each of these inductees. Jean Holcomb, owner of Viking Travel, will be among those inducted.
Despite being arrested and charged with a DWI in August, Chapel Hill town council member Lee Storrow is still running for re-election, and his numbers in a public poll have not shown a significant negative impact.
