UNC's Gender Violence Services Coordinators program works within the University to help victims of gender-based violence through confidential support. As the program approaches its 10th anniversary, those involved with providing services are able to reflect on how the program has grown and flourished.

The Old Well was closed from June 17 to June 28 while the University installed granite pavers on the upper platform of the structure. The installation was the final step in a series of renovations to make the Old Well more accessible.

Susan Chung, a clinical social worker with Counseling and Psychological Services who works with international students, said feelings of isolation are common among international students. CAPS aims to address this through its various programs, including a support group for international students.
On Sept. 21, the Arab Student Organization held a sit-in on the steps of Wilson Library advocating for the Kenan-Flagler Business School to hang a Palestinian flag in front of the McColl Building, accompanying dozens of others.
